Bidder Information

Bidder Registration is open.  Don’t miss this opportunity to purchase a Volkswagen at  Funfest for Air-Cooled Volkswagens, June 5, 2010.  To purchase a vehicle at Corvette Funfest, you must be registered as a bidder and display proper bidder credentials while actively placing bids.  Registration is FREE to become a bidder. Pre-registration is highly recommended, however is available on Auction day.

Bidder Credential Packet

All registered bidders will receive a packet that includes credentials for the registered bidder and one guest. Packets will be available for pickup on-site at the Auction headquarters located on the Field of Dreams for all pre-registered bidders.

• Bidder ID and Bidder Card
• Guest Credential
• Access to Bidder Seating Area

Bidder Registration Requirements

Bidders will be issued a bidder card number only after all items have been received and your method of payment for vehicle purchase has been approved.  Bidder credentials will not be issued if the application is incomplete or if required items are omitted.

• Buyer’s Premium of 3.5%
• Applicable fees and taxes (credit card payments will incur a 3% transaction fee based on the purchase price of the vehicle)

Bidder Agreement form Requirements

 To pre-register for the Funfest Volkswagen Auction, please complete and submit the Bidder Agreement form, with the required items listed below:

• Completed 2010 Bidder Agreement – with signature and date
• Copy of current driver’s license, state ID or passport (front & back)
• Bank Letter of Guarantee  (Sample Letter of Guarantee for Corvette Funfest)
• Proof of current auto insurance that is valid through the date of the Auction.
• Method of Vehicle Payment

Registration Information for Dealers

If you are a dealer, a copy of your current dealer license and a copy of your current state resale/taxi ID is required, along with the following additional information:

Verification of Dealer Ownership – if you are the principal/owner of the dealership, but your name is not listed on the Dealer license or state resale/tax ID.

Dealer Authorization to Bid – If you are a representative of the dealership and not the principal/owner
