Consignor Information

Consignment Registration is now open. Don’t miss this opportunity to sell your Volkswagen at Funfest for Air-Cooled Volkswagens, June 5, 2010. To sell a vehicle at Funfest, you must be registered as a consigner and display proper bidder credentials while actively placing bids.

Consignment Preparation & Process

• Consignment Paperwork: Correct title, properly completed forms, and pre-paid fees will expedite your registration process. Send your completed consignment form(s) via Fax or US Postal mail to Funfest Events, LLC
• Sellers Premium: A seller’s premium of 3.5% with no reserve, or 4.5% with reserve of the hammer price will be assessed when the vehicle is sold.

The Day of the Auction

• Check-In Early: Give yourself plenty of time to get your vehicle in it proper assigned space. You will want to give prospective buyers as much time as possible to see your car.
• Be Accessible: Be with the vehicle or have someone available to provide information about your car. You know your car better than anyone else. The potential for your car being sold takes place during the preview.
• Have Copies of Vehicle Documentation: Potential buyers like to have information available for inspection. Documentation can include old registrations, purchase orders, maintenance history, magazine articles in which your vehicle appears, show history and authenticity of your car’s provenance.
• Remain with Your Car: Be available as your car prepares to move across the block. This is your final chance to answer any new, or last minute questions that may arise.
• Cross the Block with your car: Be present when your car is on the auction block. Identify yourself to the auctioneers and stand near the podium so you can answer questions from bidders and participate in the sale of your car.
